BARRE
Tired of your regular exercise programme? Try Barre and get the body you’ve always wanted.
Barre combines the movement and technique of Ballet with the precision of Pilates and the stretch of yoga – all in a dynamic, fun and challenging full body workout!

Barre

Based on classical ballet positions and utilising a ballet Barre. Barre is suitable for people of all ages
and fitness levels, and will help you build core strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone.

Barre classes are held throughout the week, and will deliver the fitness results you want, fast - either as
a standalone class, or in conjunction with your yoga and Pilates practice.

Booty Barre

We can keep this simple. Anyone who has a butt and can hold a barre should be able to join this class. It’s a constant burn, whether at the legs, core, arms, or glutes. “It’s a muscle endurance workout where you are challenged to stay in the exercises as long as possible in order to fatigue and sculpt the muscles, First-time barre goers often experience their muscles shaking or vibrating, which may be a new experience. This is a good thing. It means your deepest core muscles are fatiguing. So don’t let the shaking discourage you.

Total Body Tone

Low-impact body toning, sculpting and fat burning moves mixed with lengthening and releasing Pilates and Yoga-style stretches. Burn the belly fat, tighten your core, tone up arms, thighs & bottom. All Levels Welcome- Ideal for the over 55's & unfit.

HiiT Barre

30 secs of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) bursts are added to our Barre format, making this class one of the most challenging on our timetable, but also one of the quickest ways to get great, lasting results. Be prepared to sweat. It's a full body work-out, high intensity, some times using small props, always your own body weight, with a lot of small movements that have big effects and create an amazing booty. You can expect to burn between 400 and 600 calories within a one-hour HiiT barre class
