These 3 are designed to be accessible and effective for everyone. 
 
 

CLASSIC 

 
 
90 MINUTES 
 
 
The traditional hot yoga class with more alignment, hip opening and upper body and core poses. This motivating class develops alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility. A great full body workout. Suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced. Key benefits: core, upper body, strength and alignment. Discipline, power and focus. 

FIERCE GRACE 

90 MINUTES 
 
 
User-friendly but challenging general level class. Hip openers, deep twists, upper body strengtheners, lower body and abdominal toners, this fully rounded workout works 100% of the body. This class is the centre spoke of all the classes and the class they all originate from. Key benefits: upper body, strength, toned bum and abs, grace and fluidity, deep expression of self. 
 

THE FIX 

60 MINUTES 
 
 
The fix is a super-charged class designed to get you fitter faster when you are high on motivation but low on time. Focus on arms, abs and stamina.
