There are no sun salutations or vinyasas in this practice, just a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath. It's a slower pace class, so hatha is a great if you're just starting your yoga practice. All this in a hot room to aid with detoxification while also improving your health and overall wellness. 
 

HOT VINYASA FLOW   60 MINUTES   Energetic flows and the secrets to balancing: building upper body strength, balance and focus. Learn the alignment of inversions and arm balancing, get fit, and enjoy new challenges. Prepare yourself for friendly "glamour poses" such as Crow, Crane, Dolphin and other fun arm balancing poses. So lets flow, rest and challenge, to get you super strong and as light as air.
