We offer a range of Pilates classes to suit everyone, all run by experienced teachers in our purpose-designed studio space. 

Pilates Classes 

Whether you’re a Pilates novice or an experienced practitioner, we have a class to suit your needs at Shadwell Studio: All Bodies are welcome & if it's your first time, we offer dedicated courses for complete beginners.  

Pilates 

 
Pilates is the one for strengthening all the muscles of the body. The pelvic floor ,stomach and waist will be improved and toned which is ideal for anyone who has just given birth. Back muscles are reinforced to cure aching backs and prevent injury from everyday activities such as lifting or carrying.  
 
The body will gain a slimmer appearance with regular practice due to improved posture and toning of the muscles. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, Pilates calms the mind and strengthens the body. Level 1 - Level 3 options will be given for each exercise during class making it suitable for the unfit - fit. 

Restorative Pilates 

 
This Pilates workout in particular is fantastic for times when you're feeling a bit run down, mentally, physically, or both. If you want to take care of your body with exercise but for whatever reason you're feeling mentally and physically whooped, this workout is respectful of the body. 
 
The stretches and light toning exercises get you moving and help improve circulation, without being overtaxing. If you feel like you don't want to stay still but lack the energy or desire to push your body, give this calming workout a shot, and I bet you'll feel refreshed and relaxed by the time you're done.
