Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a deep tissue massage incorporating
assisted stretches and breath work to help the nervous system relax.
During treatment, I use ground Acorus calamus root (a wetland plant in the
sweetflag family) sometimes known as vacha root powder, to assist the
elimination of toxins from the body. Using calamus root also helps improve
circulation and warm up the tissues/muscles intensifying the benefits of
AYM. All oils are carefully selected and blended to balance the Doshas
(Vata, Pitta, Kapha - life forces).
You will receive gentle mobilisations, tractions and assisted, passive yoga
stretches to help lengthen the tissues in a functional way. Through these
movements, it will help relax ligaments, tendons and flow of synovial fluid
in the joints.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massages are tailored specifically to clients' individual
needs whether it's energising, deep, soothing, remedial or relaxing.

Reiki has been defined as guided life force energy, which is present everywhere. The Reiki system is a technique of transmitting energy into the human energy system via the hands. Reiki cleanses the body of toxins and restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the harmful effects of stress. It opens blocked charkas and meridians, clears the energy bodies and leaves us feeling relaxed and a peace , with a feeling of mental purification.
