Jack has been a personal trainer for over eight years and has met amazing people whilst travelling around the world. He recently discovered yoga and immediately fell in love with the movement patterns which has taken his teaching and his practice to another level. Jack is looking forward to sharing his yoga experience with you and help you develop as a yogi.  
A friendly, light-hearted yoga teacher with more than a decade of experience, Sarah teaches a range of classes and workshops. She began practicing yoga in 2000, and is now a Level 2 certified yoga teacher, certified by REPS and registered with Yoga Alliance UK. Keeping classes fresh by attending regular workshops across the UK. 



Karen lives and breathes Yoga – it’s a really important part of her life. A Hot Yoga specialist who also loves Ashtanga, Yin, Flow and Strala, Karen loves to travel the world attending workshops to develop her practice. Karen completed her 200-hour teacher training in Thailand specialising in Hot Yoga. Attend one of her classes, and you’ll get the perfect balance of strength, flexibility, balance and sweat – and leave feeling refreshed and nourished. 
As a professional dancer Charlotte has always been interested in health, fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. She first discovered her love for Yoga in 2012 and has recently achieved a lifetime goal of completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in London. She brings to you a hot yoga practice in the style of Fierce Grace and aims to inspire and encourage, whilst allowing you the chance to reflect and bring balance into your lives. 



Joseph Brown is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga & Hot Yoga teacher. I've been practicing yoga since late 2012, started my teacher training with Sahej Acadamy May 2014, and have been teaching at least once a week from February 2015. Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan has changed so much for me in such little time it's brought light to the end of my tunnel and so much more. It's worth experiencing to see if it can help you, we all need a little help now and then.  



Polly came into yoga 13 years ago to support endurance training for rock climbing and mountaineering. A daily ashtanga and kundalini yoga practice has provided me with a deep self awareness and conditioning. I did my first yoga training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in the Austrian alps with yoga alliance and I am currently doing a second part kundalini yoga teacher training here in Yorkshire. Polly studies movement, anatomy and neuroscience as a hobby and finds new, cool stuff to share in her teachings every day. "I teach yoga from the heart; I want to give back to my students what yoga and its great teachers have given to me". 



Ashleigh comes from a Gymnastics background and qualified as an assistant coach at the age of 15. Ashley upskilled and went on to gain qualifications in Pilates, Personal Training and Exercise To Music allowing her to pursue a more varied career working with adults. Ashleigh's main passion is Pilates and is her most frequently taught class. She uses Pilates as her medicine to help with old injuries. 
I started coaching kids and teaching fitness classes at the age of 16 and thoroughly enjoyed helping people towards their goals. I competed as a professional athlete and now I wish to help others who struggle with their confidence and fitness levels-Chris specialises in Boxing, Pilates, Exercise for over 50's, Golf specific Training, Weight Loss, Training for Health and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. 


Steph joins us all the way from Sydney, Australia. Teaching at one of Australia’s most renowned fitness Pilates studios in Bondi, Steph has brought with her the knowledge and experience in helping clients gain toned, fit and healthy beach ready body’s. With a background studying nutrition, she has a passion for health and fitness and loves seeing clients flourish through healthy eating and exercise. She is sweet natured but tough and will help you achieve your Pilates goals. 


Helena has danced from a young age, she gained a degree in dance in london at 21. Helena has always been interested in being fit and healthy as a dancer and has found that regularly attending Yoga and Barre classes have been a big help with her dancing. She decided what better way to move forward than to mix her dancing and fitness passions together, so took the leap and trained in Barre in London and Yorkshire completing over 200 hours of training and community teaching hours.  


Becky fell in love with yoga whilst living in Australia and has since travelled the world practicing and learning about the many benefits of this beautiful practice. Becky has a real passion for getting beginners into yoga and welcomes new yogis with a kind, patient and bubbly personality. Becky is 200hrs Yoga Alliance multi- style certified and also trained in Yin Yoga, 


Gemma first started experimenting with yoga whilst still at school, utilising yogic techniques to manage stress. It was whilst at University that her interest in yoga developed into a daily practice and eventually she undertook a Diploma in Teaching Yoga. Gemma particularly enjoys inspiring the younger generations to take up a yoga practice.
