Melanie

Melanie’s work sits at the intersection of meditation, nervous system regulation, and real-life transformation.

Originally a professional dancer, she found yoga in 2009 as a way to slow down, reconnect, and move through stress in a more grounded way. What began as a personal practice quickly became something much deeper, shaping how she lives, works, and guides others.

She later trained in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with the RaMa Institute, alongside studies in Vipassana and other embodied practices. Her approach now blends movement, stillness, energy work, and insight, creating space for people to reset, gain clarity, and come back to themselves.

Melanie co-owns Shadwell Studio, where she curates experiences that go beyond a typical class, from gong baths and workshops to private sessions and retreats.

Her work is known for creating fast, internal shifts through presence, humour, and depth, supporting people to move out of overwhelm and into clarity, trust, and direction.
