...all held in a gentle, nurturing and beautiful space - where we will find stillness and tune into our inner wisdom.

In this session we will begin with a grounding and calming tea ritual - and move gently into a visualisation which will help to bring us out of our busy minds and into a place of stillness. 

From here we will do some intuitive drawing (no skills required at all!) which is a great opportunity to let our deep inner wisdom speak to us.

In a Restorative & Yoga Nidra session, we embark on a soothing journey that focuses on slowing down, releasing tension, and nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Poses are held for 5 to 15 minutes, using props such as bolsters, pillows, blankets, and blocks to support the gentle opening of the body's fascia and connective tissues, promoting deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a meditative practice included in the session, guiding you to a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, where you are fully aware yet deeply relaxed. This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, and support physical healing, making it suitable for all levels.

Crystal Healing Workshop

Crystals have their own energy and are living beings in an energetic sense. The powerful vibrations which crystals project can affect human. This means that if we connect to the right crystal, they can help us to find physical and mental wellbeing.

During this workshop, we will use the unique and magical energy of crystals to balance your energy system and support your wellbeing. You can bring crystals you already have with you, or purchase a starter pack when you book your place.

You will be guided to select and place crystals on or around your body and use them to remove any energetic blockages or imbalances within your energy system, particularly within the chakras or aura.

Expect to leave feeling energised and with more knowledge about how to keep your crystals charged and how to use them to support you in everyday life.

Gong Bath Experience

Gong Bath Experience

Gong baths provide a unique and relaxing opportunity to allow ourselves to take time to pause, breathe and just be. Whilst letting the sounds and vibrations surround and bathe you.

Gongs are a sacred powerful instrument with the power to provide a deep sense of relaxation and a sense of peace and tranquillity within in the mind and body.

During the Gong bath multiple gongs will be played using a variety of mallets alongside soothing sounds of the voice, Zaphir chimes, tongue drums and singing bowls to create layered and varied sounds to bring about deep relaxation and healing.

Many people who have attended a Gong bath have experienced many of the potential benefits such as; reduced stress, improved sleep quality, relief from anxiety, release of emotional blockages, increased focus and a deep sense of calm.

Everyone's journey throughout the experience of a Gong bath is different and individual to what you need at the time of the session.

As much as this event is open to everyone, as a Gong Practitioner, certain guidelines are followed to ensure your safety and comfort.

Therefore, Gong baths are unsuitable for:

- anyone who is pregnant in their first trimester.

- anyone with a pacemaker

- anyone with severe epilepsy

- anyone with severe osteoporosis

- anyone who has had any recent hip/joint operations

- anyone who has had a broken bone within the last 6 weeks.

Blankets, bolsters and mats are provided by the studio but please don’t hesitate to bring any extra bits to make you feel comfy and cosy.

Please Note: Spaces are limited at workshops, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment!
