Shadwell Studio has become my home from home - a male the wrong side of 50 and I was made so welcome - the owner Charlotte and all her team of yoga teachers treat you like family. Age and ability is not problem - it is a journey and there is no better place to start that journey. So glad I found the studio - I really believe it has changed my life.”
