Meet Your Yin Teacher Trainer
Rosie
Rosie is an experienced Yoga Alliance E-RYT accredited teacher and course-leader with nearly a decade in the industry, known for her thoughtful, modern approach to movement and nervous system regulation.
Her yoga training began with an intensive foundation in traditional Ashtanga yoga, before expanding into Vinyasa, where she trained under internationally respected teachers Adam Husler and Adel Bridges. This influence brought a strong emphasis on intelligent sequencing and a deeper understanding of mobility and sustainable movement.
Rosie later trained with Celest Pereira, whose work is rooted in functional anatomy and informed by neuroscience. This training shaped the way Rosie teaches today; blending anatomical awareness of the physical body with a deeper understanding of how the subtle body and nervous system interact.
This approach naturally led her towards slower, more introspective practices such as Hatha and Yin yoga. And her teaching now places a strong emphasis on breathwork, woven into class in an easy, accessible way, and downregulation of the nervous system. By guiding students out of fight-or-flight, the body can open, adapt and restore more effectively, supporting both a deeper practice and a calmer state in everyday life.
Her classes and trainings are known for bridging the gap between science and subtlety — combining clear, practical anatomy with the more intuitive aspects of yoga, to help students and teachers access a more meaningful and effective practice.
