The Workshop Includes

Katie will guide you through a mandala yoga flow and a beautiful meditation to move the body, and relax the busy mind.

You will then be guided through the intuitive mandala drawing workshop where you’ll be encouraged to explore and trust your flow state of mind. This is a beautiful meditative and creative tool that can invoke a sense of calm, presence and clarity.

The process of drawing a mandala can be a meditative journey as it helps to focus the mind.

No yoga or drawing experience is needed.

About Katie: Katie is a yoga teacher and personal trainer who has recently returned from living and teaching yoga in Sri Lanka where her passion for drawing mandalas was born.

She felt instantly connected to the magical process of mandala drawing after attending workshops there, finding that it helped her connect to her creativity while achieving a meditative flow state.

Meditative mandala drawing is now a big part of her daily mindfulness practice and she loves to share this passion with others. Perfect for everyone - no yoga or drawing experience needed.
