What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is powerful and promotes health and wellbeing in the body, mind and soul. It is based on the principal that a person is made up of complex energies. For a person to be healthy and well, the energy must flow freely. 

It has so many benefits like improved sleep; relaxation of body and mind; less anxiety and stress; pain relief; chakra balancing; and release of energetic blockages.

Energy healing is available to everyone - all you need is an open heart and mind.

How does Reiki work?

Reiki healers have been attuned to the life force energy by a Reiki Master. This means that they can offer themselves as a channel through which the universal life force energy can flow, this can then be used for healing others.

During treatments universal life force (also called prana, Ki, Chi or healing energy) is channelled and used to help balance, heal and remove blockages from the energy system.

How does Crystal Healing work?

Crystals have their own energy and are living beings in an energetic sense. The powerful vibrations which crystals project can affect humans. This means that if we connect to the right crystal, they can help us to find physical and mental wellbeing.

During Crystal Healing, crystals are chosen based on your needs and placed on or around your body and used to remove any blockages or imbalances within your energy system, particularly within the chakras or aura.
