Helen is passionate about bringing lessons on the matt off the matt. 

She teaches high-energy vinyasa, ashtanga and restorative yin, with the goal to help you come home to your body, recognise your mental and physical strength and deepen the mind-body connection.


Helen is all about recognising the present moment, adjustments in perspective & energy and embracing continuous change.

Her favourite pose is the puppy pose. The ultimate heart opener that completely undoes rounding caused by long hours sat at a desk! She does this every single day.
