Iain began his journey with yoga when he was (later diagnosed) suffering from chronic stress and anxiety.

 Simply put Yoga helped his brain be quiet. He didn’t understand why but he knew he needed to know more.

Iain is consistently committed to learning and growing and has worked with some world-renowned teachers, some of whom he now calls dear friends.

In his classes, no matter the style you’ll find a solid grounding in anatomy and sequencing, interweaved with a deep love and respect for Yoga philosophy.

Yoga has fundamentally changed how I view myself and the world. It’s taught me to live with compassion and it’s my great privilege now to share that with others.

His favourite Self-care routine is a beautiful hot Bath, herbal tea and a good book. Cannot beat it!
