Meg
Meg has been teaching yoga for over eight years, sharing classes across Yorkshire and London. Her approach is rooted in the belief that yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and meaningful for every body and every stage of life.
A pivotal moment in her journey came when she completed her pregnancy yoga teacher training at 38 weeks pregnant herself, giving her a deeply personal understanding of the physical and emotional changes that come with this time.
She now specialises in pre and postnatal yoga, creating nurturing spaces where women can connect with their bodies, their breath, and their babies. Her classes focus on building strength, easing tension, and supporting both body and mind through pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
Alongside this, Meg also teaches gentle and hot yoga classes at the studio, bringing the same supportive, grounded approach to all of her sessions.
Her teaching is calm, reassuring, and community-led, offering space to slow down, feel supported, and move in a way that truly meets you where you are.
