Frankie
Frankie has always found joy in making a positive difference in someone’s day, whether that’s through a smile, a moment of connection, or guiding students through an uplifting yoga class. Her teaching is all about making people feel good, and that’s exactly what you’ll find when you step into one of her sessions.
Expect playful, creative and energising flows with a few challenges thrown in, always balanced by space to rest and reconnect. Frankie teaches a range of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga, and she believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body or background. Her classes are inclusive, welcoming and full of encouragement.
She first trained as a yoga teacher in Goa, India in 2017, and now holds over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training. She’s taught everywhere from Leeds to Australia, and still finds her greatest joy in seeing how yoga can positively impact lives, both on and off the mat.
Alongside yoga, Frankie also offers 1:1 life coaching and is currently training as a psychotherapist, so it’s no surprise she loves a good chat! She takes time to connect with her students and tailors her teaching with real care, blending movement with meaningful support beyond the mat. You can learn more about her work at frankiebarbour.com.
