Rosie

Rosie has been teaching yoga for over six years and has been immersed in the practice from a young age, growing up with a yoga teacher as her Dad.

She first connected deeply with yoga through Ashtanga in her twenties, drawn to the rhythm of the breath and the consistency of the practice. Since then, she has trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, with a particular interest in the science and anatomy behind movement and breath.

Rosie now primarily teaches Hatha yoga, creating space to slow down, build strength, and develop a deeper understanding of each pose. Her classes are friendly, relaxed, and accessible, with options offered throughout so students can adapt their practice to suit their needs.

With an informal and down-to-earth approach, Rosie encourages curiosity, connection, and a sense of ease, helping students feel both supported and empowered in their practice.
